yes only in America, but what a smart guy
now he can do what he wants to do with the 6.1 million dollars ..he is a rich man..
and if he wants to be a girl, then he can, the more money you have the more things you can do and people just smile and or do it too

I wish I thought of that first...6.1 million..wow

good luck

I KNOW....it even was on the Dutch news yesterday, or two days ago.

Now it IS possible (tho not likely) for people who had a nasty head-trauma to come out of it with a more or less different personality.

So either this guy has had that happen to him, OR this guy is an absolute fake, and managed to convince a fabulous laywer his condition was for real.
(OR the guy is a fake, and the laywer who worked for him was a brilliant crook!)

Very stupid. Sounds like the head trauma induced a lot of things.

America must seriously be the only country where you can blame your indiscretions and short comings on someone else! This case is absolutely ridiculous.

That sounds pretty ridiculous..That is why lawyers aren't respected as much anymore because they actually take on these ridiculous cases.

People are so "sue" happy, this case doesn't surprise me. I think the juries that award people like this all that money are secretly wishing they could have it, too.
