Lenny! The dog's name is Lenny! I think the episode name is "Lonesome Lenny."
Oh my I had completely forgotten about those toons.
He's one of my favorite characters but my absolute favorite character of all time is Gossamer (the big furry red thing in high top sneakers).

one million. Gwendolyn Iris -- 585, 317 -- Margret Zella two. Matilda Claire -- 762, fifty three -- Ardella Katherine three. Anna Rosemary -- 29, 721 -- Bertha Elenora four. Johanna Lily -- 474, 18 -- Magdalene Evelyn five. Norah Josephine -- 344, 201 -- Lily Margie 6. Cedric Matthew -- 702, thirteen -- Nat Willie 7. Damon Harry -- 519, 650 -- Doyle Rollie eight. Jude Elias -- 182, 158 -- Forrest Percy nine. Adrian James -- fifty eight, 18 -- Russell Arthur 10. Samson Reid -- 882, 348 -- Olan Alan (ROFL) Phew, haha, I'm nonetheless getting better from that Olan Alan crisis, lol. Seriously, there look to be a few lovely respectable names on that 1909 record, however why did I need to turn out to be with the strangest ones? So, to impeach 3... My 2 favorites are Ardella Katherine and Forrest Percy. I don't just like the identify Ardella in any respect, however it kind of feels essentially the most respectable and flowing mixture out of those I bought. I do, nevertheless, like Forrest Percy (yeah, I'm a Harry Potter nerd :P). It's simply form of lovable in some way. There are any other names I bought that I like seperately, however now not in combination. For instance each Magdalene and Evelyn are not too dangerous, however they make the worst mixture ever. Margret Zella is not too terrible, both, however I've in no way been in a position to hot as much as the identify Margret (or any variant of it.) Zella is intriguing, despite the fact that. Lily, of path, is a satisfactory shock, (Lily Margie is honestly form of lovable... form of.) and I additionally like Arthur from the boy's record. But then there are the real terrible elements. Bertha Elenora? You can pay attention the grime on that one! And then, Nat Willie, and Doyle Rollie... I don't like the ones nickname-y names persons had going for men again then. Russell has regularly appeared so heavy a reputation to me, I do not find it irresistible in any respect. And then there is Olan Alan *subsides into giggles" Great query!

I believe these are Warner Bros. cartoons; the same people who created 'Bugs Bunny'. The 'Where did he go George' or 'Dumb guy routine' is a theme that some Warner Bros. carictures says when they get hit on the head. I don't think it's generic to one particular character or even one cartoon. Check the Looney Tunes website.

They were Looney Tunes cartoons.
They were reoccurring characters in random Looney Tunes cartoons.
Often different characters would say the same line in different episodes
