Build a Bear makes some great ones. Don't forget this year Sesame Street's Big Bird is available. He is fantastic.
Gund also makes some great items.
And yes
Vermont Teddy Bear's are also great.
Russ Berrie has some nice products also

The best ones out there are Gund, build a bear and then there's king plush and kellytoy and much much more so you just can't pick one. Disney makes good plush bears and stuffed toys. It all depends what you like to get
