For xbox live I need to contact my internet provider but I don't know who it is. Is there a way to check on my computer, preferably a non-complex way?

I have no Idea. If it is dial up. there is like a million. People pc, aol, net zero ect. if it is wireless it is like road runner, yahoo, at&t +bellsouth, virizon, cingular, bellsouth fast acces dsl, verizon dsl..

Alternately, when you try to go online, do you click on a link that says "MSN" or "AOL"? That's gonna be your internet provider.

Who do you pay every month. Do you have it through your cable company, your phone company or a dial up service. It would be the people you pay every month for you Internet service.

look at your bill that comes in every month - and see who you are writing the check to that gives you internet access

they are whoever you pay money to receive any internet access in the first place. (ex: mine is comcast)

ur proivider is whomever you pay the bill too. like my provider is t-mobile
