And do you think strange coincidences mean anything? I have unbelievable luck whenever I notice weird coincidences.

My wife and I put in a movie. It has McCauly Culkin in it (ya don't see him in much these days.) Then when the movie is over, the DVD player clicks back over to TV and there's Culkin riding a roller coaster on TBS! Yesterday we watched "Little Miss Sunshine" (great movie!) and in it, a guy found out he was color blind and was jilted because it destroyed is lifelong dream of being a pilot. Now, how often does the subject of "color blind" come up in a years time? But immediately after the movie was over, a comedian on Jay Leno makes a joke about being color blind!!!! What are the chances!!!!!?????This syncronicity happens like this to us all the time and its driving me crazy! I don't understand it. It's just plain weird. Twice in the last six months, I mentioned that I hoped we'd have a power faliure at work so we could all go home early. On each of the days that I said it, we had a power failure!!!!!!! (Unfortunately, the second one was not long enough to have us go home.) There used to be a boy named Tim Gerald that picked on me as a kid in elementary school. He bullied me all the time to the point I actually wished him dead. Within six months, he fell off a tractor and got killed in the plow behind it. Another time, as I was fishing, a guy I was fishing with thought it would be funny to relieve himself on my leg. I kicked him in the chest (Chuck Norris would have been proud!) and he tumbled head first into the muddy, murk on the waters edge. His head popped up out of the murk and he began crying and ran home. Later, he was killed driving drunk. Okay, that's all the wierd stuff that's happened to me. So, maybe those ten points just might be a matter of life or death, eh? Who knows.

One day I was at a party and I thought about a woman who I had never met before that was slightly large and had a purple shirt on.
I had my head in my hands and I was looking strait forword and then suddenly, a large woman in a purple shirt walks right in front of me. And there was one day I woke up from a dream that I was in a car and I was very bored, until suddenly, I woke up. That very same day I felt the same exact bordness and I was sitting the way I was in my dream. Odd huh? These dreams have happend to me a lot.

A few years back I was at my boyfriend's apartment (he was working nights at the time) and I decided I wanted a pop tart - he had just moved into this new apartment and did not have a toaster so I put the pop tarts in the broiler part of the oven on a foil pan.

Afterwards, I went back into the bedroom to watch TV and ended up falling asleep. His sister - who lived about 1 mile away from his apartment came to me in the bedroom and said "Dee Dee, wake up - it's me Robbie!" I woke up but Robbie was not there but there was smoke coming from the kitchen - and then the phone rang - it was Robbie. I said to her - you were not in the apartment were you? She said no why? I said to her you just saved my life.

Explained the story to her - she was totally freaked just like I was.

This is not the first time that this has happened to me - meaning someone appears to me as if they are really there and I am conscious of it.

BTW - did not burn the apartment down but had to air out the smoke from the kitchen and we had to repaint. Never did eat those pop tarts either - went to 7-11 and got some snacks from there LOL

Coincidences are unusual, but wholly natural experiences. They generally only "mean" something to those involved, often by participants' "seeking" extraordinary reasons for common phenomena. They are usually quite mundane, mathematically speaking.

dad was in the hospital in a coma and was unable to speak for a period of time. mom called me wanting to know if I wanted to go out to the hospital. told her " no " I was tired and wanted some sleep. then dad's voice came over the received saying if I didn't come out I'd never see him on this plane of existence alive again. I went to the hospital and less than 10 minutes later dad made the transition.

One day I was riding with my ex-boyfriend late at night. We were going through some extreme financial difficulties at this time and were dead broke. We asked around to borrow money but to no avail. His cousin called and told my ex that he can come to do some landscaping work with him the next day. We were on our way to his cousin's house at like 3 in the morning because my ex needed his cousin to take him to work with him in the morning. We made it like half-way there before we realized that we were going to run out of gas. We were like seriously running on fumes when the next thing you know we heard like running water outside of the car. We looked to see what it was and it was gas spilling out of the gas pumps at the gas station across the street. I've never seen anything happen like that before. We hurried up and filled our car up and made it to his cousins house. That couldn't have came at a better time.
