you know who i think seriously deserves a shot at the IC title is none other then for all hes hard work on RAW and didnt ever see a title around his waist except the Tag Team titles should EUGENE because i seems unstoppable since hes turing crazy i think him and Chris masters or Carlito or Charlie Haas not Shelton Benjamin.
