I suspect the inkjet heads are blocked up. If there's a 'clean heads' option somewhere, use that.

If not check with HP or where you bought it from!

It sounds like it might need serviced.
Some printers do.

umm..... its probablly not plugged in or plugged i proply or make sure its been installed properally and theres nothing missing from the pronter
