Are you 16 or 6 years old??? Just kidding, well, I'm 16 too, and sometimes I'd like to be like that, still getting excited for Xmas gifts and all that cute stuff. Anyway, it's not a crime if you opened them already. They are definitely not the best gifts, they're kind of exotic, right? I hope you find better ones, but WAIT until Christmas Day please!!! You're killing the charm of that day.

Merry Christmas!!!!

It's all over rated, the whole waiting till Christmas morning. We took our kids to the mall. We were going to get them gift cards to Build a Bear. I was supposed to distract them with window shopping while my husband bought the cards. The kids saw BaB and asked if we could go and look to see what new things they had. My husband had to go in anyways, and since there were a lot of people, he could probably get away with purchasing the cards with out our daughters knowing. We walk in and they had such cute Christmas outfits for the bears. I look over at my husband. We silently agree to let them just pick out their gift now. He asks them if they want the outfits for Christmas instead of a gift. They agree, after I stress that they will not get anything on Christmas day from us. They get what they want, after I gave them a price limit, and we don't have to worry if they like it. I think we should scrap the whole, "will they like it" and "I hope I don't get something lame" crap. Just go shopping together. You get to spend time kicking back together, you get what you want, and they get to see you happy. You also save trees by not wrapping everything. We will spend Christmas morning kicking back some more and enjoying the one day that my husband and I have off together.

You should have waited! Your parents bought you that stuff so that you could be surprised and happy on Christmas morning and they could see the look on your face. Oh well. Don't worry there's nothing you can do about it now. Just don't open anymore. Wait until Christmas. Trust me, I know how anxious you feel.

I did this once and only once and I was probably around 16 too. I was so depressed come Christmas morning that I knew what everything was that I swore I would never do it again. I never have! I love the surprise!!! It is a normal thing.

They sound like good presents! I know a few people that would love the hunting knife!

and the cheese game

I'd have to see the mask to comment.

No, i'm 19 and I do it all the time.. It sucks though because then you have to pretend you're surprised at christmas and it's like lying.. *sighs* what has the world come to??

I don't think it's wrong. Of course, people of any age are curious about their gifts, especially when they are just sitting there under the tree.

It's only wrong if it meant a lot to your parents if you waited till Christmas.

It's ok, but next time allow yourself to share that joy with your family, don't open until xmas.
