Although I'd never get one myself, I like them on a lot of ppl. To me, you have to have the right personality, looks, and style for an eyebrow peircing. Plus, if you dont like it after you get it or find out you DONT have the personality, looks, and whatnot, you can just let it grow back.
And for the hurting thing, I have a peircing kit of my own that I do friend's peircings with, they'll usually buy a 5g tube of L-M-X4 lidocaine cream for 10$ so that they don't scream and I poke their eye out.
And as for marks, I wouldn't worry as long as you have sense enough to clean it.
Good luck with your peircings!

what even made you think of this replaced right into a good thought? you already know that a protection pin has germs and crap on it and the possibly hood of having it totally sterilized in a often happening better half and young ones isn't likely? you apart from mght understand that the studs made for eyebrows are way thicker than the protection pin? so ought to you opt to positioned on a often happening ball bearing, you will ought to stretch the piercing, or get it repierced. as reported in the past, this may be a retarded thought, the reality which you would be able to circulate the protection pin up and down potential no longer something. take the protection pin out, clean your eyebrow, pray which you haven't any longer have been given a reaction to the contaminants you forced in, and don't tell a soul this ever got here approximately. you sound greater stupid than hard middle.

It doesn't hurt that bad, but of all the piercings I've had, it was the WORST as far as healing time. it didn't really hurt, it just throbbed for a day or so but it did take a while to heal completely. I would say it took two weeks for the oozing to stop and about two months for it to heal up where I could change the ring and comfortably move it.
My bottom lip didn't even give me as many problems as far as healing time. The most painful piercing to heal for me was my tongue. Getting it done didn't hurt but it sure did swell and screw me up for about a week.
If you DO get it pierced, make sure it completely heals up before you remove the ring or you'll get a scar. Most people don't realize that scars can be lessened if they would just wait until the healing process is finished before they remove the ring.

Hi,
You will not look like a redneck with your eyebrow pierced. In fact I had multiple piercings in both eyebrows. Took them out, and was worried about scarring... only small, tiny marks. I hate the captive rings, so I usually get straight barbells. You must keep the piercing clean and sterile for the first 6 or so months, by cleaning it daily. Use liquid dial anti-bacterial soap (or other mild unscented antibac soaps). Apply saline (H2Ocean or similar). NEVER USE ALCOHOL OR HYDROGEN PEROXIDE!
The pain is mild, and to me is somewhat relaxing. I enjoyed getting all of my piercings.
Good Luck! Keep us posted.

I bet you are a reall y good looking girl who does not need a metal ring or bar hanging out of your eye..
Also it does leave a small scar on your brow...

If you're willing to risk infection, clean it regularly and have a scar on your face for the rest of your life (assuming you don't keep it in forever - and trust me, you will at some point decide to take it out) then go for it.

I think it looks childish and unprofessional, so before you do it, think about what it will look like on you in 5 yrs., 10 yrs. , 15, 20. Is this really what you want? Because when you take it out, it leaves an unsightly bump.

A girl I know did it and then she got a job that doesn't allow face piercings and she took it out and she has two horrible scars above and below her eyebrow.
Don't do it!!

I agree with your first answer. What will it look like when you're in your late 40's and older? Best of luck to you.
