I always thought it was about someone who got high too many times, and (maybe) died, then went to heaven. It describes her journey to heaven along the way. I could be wrong, haven't thought about those words for a loooong time!

I think it's basically a jumble of words that sound good together. Like a lot of old Yes songs, this Zep song doesn't really mean anything.
