We bought cloth diapers and those little diaper pins with the ducks on them, both pink and blue. We did them up in the diapered-butt shape with the pins, put them in little boxes and gift wrapped them and presented them to the grandparents with a note that said "Start Practicing!"

We introduced our being pregnant final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days on Christmas Eve through figuring out to purchase for little toddler photograph albums with toddler ft because of the fact the pattern photograph. We stumbled on them at Kohls. Then we went to Walmart and in the Scrappbooking section we offered stickers and on the front we positioned COMING AUGUST 2010 toddler (final call). Then we wrapped them and had them open them. They screamed after examining it they have been so excited. The photograph albums have been decrease priced and so replaced into the stickers. We figured with the photograph albums they may well be used later for a great type of toddler photos. regrettably we lost that toddler, yet we are awaiting returned and that i'm due Christmas Day. stable success and Congrats.

Should I be pregnant this Christmas (will find out that morning)
I'm telling the grandparents that I have a special order gift for them but needed their input on it before putting in the final order. I want to hand them a "Grandchild Order form," and see what their reaction is.

If you've had an ultrasound make copies of that and wrap it up. You could also buy them mugs or shirts that say grandma and grandpa. A really cute idea but kinda expensive is the silver plated baby spoons or rattles and have baby _________ what ever your last name is engraved on them. Good Luck!!
and CONGRATS!!

You can buy a pair of baby shoes and put them on the Christmas tree sometimes during the dinner without them seeing you.
Congrats!

We are announcing my pregnancy at Christmas too. We got license plate frames for my husband's parents that say "Happiness is being a grandma/grandpa" and for my parents we got them a photo album with a very pretty due date card.... good luck!

My sister framed her ultrasound. It took mom a minute to figure out what it was she was looking at. Or buy them a "Grandparent's Brag Book" photo album.
