Propose on the bike? Heck! Do it in a proper place. The girl didn't respond to your proposal because you're not that sweet. Take her to a restaurant for a dinner or go for a walk at the beach during sunset and propose. I'm sure she'll tell you the magic word "YES, I DO."

She probably does love you but is not ready to marry you. Or it could mean that she doesn't think your the one for her. But then again if that was the case she would have said no.
Are you from America?? If yes, then the answer to this question is...you both are too young for that.

Maybe it's not the right time for her, or she doesn't want to get married yet. She's probably afraid to tell you because you might be upset or think she doesn't want you. Just give her time. Don't be to forceful, you might scare her away.

huh? didnt understand your question sounds like your jupming into things too quickly you may end up scaring her! Try to date her for awhile and see where it goes! slowly! really get to know everything about her and let her do the same with you. You may end up realizing that she may not be the girl you want to marry!
