Are you asking "who" do i think is the best actress? or "who's" movies/television show(s) do i see regularly? or "who" is the prettiest?
As for best actress, I like Jennifer Connelly, Parker Posey, and Sarah Polley. I think they always immerse themselves into whatever role they are playing. They are all very convincing in whatever they do.
I really like Emily Deschanel's work on "Bones" so I would probably go see one of her movies just because she's in it.
As for prettiest actresses, I would have to say that I like Jennifer Connelly, Bridget Fonda, Jessica Biel, and Jordana Brewster based on their looks (plus they can all act, so I'd see them for their acting as well).
I don't know if that was what you were looking for, but those are some of my favorite actresses. Overall favorite would probably be Jennifer Connelly.

My favorite actress that's still alive is Nicole Kidman. She's just so prim and proper and gorgeous and seems like an old movie star from the 30's or something.

Halle Berry because she is timeless, talented, elegant, beautiful, and is gifted in front of a camera and on the big screen. She have a passionate and intensity about herself that makes her characters believable. She has great timing on camera and is fun to watch. A great role model for women.

My favorite is Ashley Judd. Not only is she intelligent, talented, and beautiful but she cares about woman's issues and human rights. She is always fighting for a cause and uses her celebrity in a positive way.

Whoopi Goldberg because she can play anything. She can play a funny part but then she can also play a serious part. That is what being an actor is all about in my opinion.
