I have taken four different pregnancy tests and all of them say that I am not pregnant. My last cycle started October 13th after I went to my God-Mother's funeral. Ever since I have not had a period.

However, I have had illnesses dealing with my wisdon teeth. Been on antibiotics twice. The only thing I noticed was a little spotting this month. I don't have medical insurance and cannot afford to go to the doctor out of pocket. I know that my stress level is high due to me planning my wedding, and needless to say my jobs and the holidays. What should I do? Also does anyone know of any free, affordable, or discount clinics in the Houston area? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

well, get on the free medical. plan for it now. Also, if you don't feel any more tired than usual, just hang out for a while. stress can make you loose a period. if you don't get one by Jan, take another preg test and then see a doctor.

I am sorry to hear about all of your stress that is going on. You know it has been said that stress can stop or alter your monthly cycle. W/ all that you have going on that might be it. I am not in Texas, but have you checked into a planned parenthood or free womens clinic? You could ask for a blood test since the other tests aren't showing anything. I know it will be a cost if you go to the doc, but that might only be your only chance if you don't have either of the two places I mentioned.

Good luck w/ everything.

Go straight to the bathtub run a full bath of warm water and bubbles, light some candles and grab a glass of wine(or the bottle) girly! You sound overly stress and that is most likely why you have not started your period. If your stressing over being pregnant then go to your Dr and have them do a blood drawl to check for pregnancy. But I really don't think that is the issue. Good luck on your wedding, sorry about your God - Mother and Happy Holidays.

Its most likely stress but here are a few things you can do to help bring on your period i know they may sound weird but it works

Hot tea with lemon

warm bath

eating a half cup of beets gross i know but it helps

drinking a glass of red wine

try 1 or more of those things and see what happens if you can get into a clinic that would be a good idea if not try to keep your stress at a min hope everything goes well for ya

I think you prob. should see a doctor, especially since you are getting married soon too. This is could be. caused by stress , but you do need to be checked. Try calling the Public Health Department. In some cities they operate a women's clinic. Or call planned Parenthood to see if they do consults for this or can recommend a place.

I have had the same issues for about 3 years. The first time it happened to me I was the same as you and very concerned that i might be pregnant. I went to the doctor and he advised me to try to reduce my stress. If you have to many things going on that make you worry to much this can cause your cycle to go bonkers. Just relax stop thinking of everything at once. Remember the good everytime something worries you. Good luck with everything.

Your fine. I myself went through the same thing last month, had a bunch of stress in my life, family issues, and worring about being late. I bought so many pregnancy tests, I should have bought stock in E.P.T. After I calmed down and finally convinced myself that I wasn't pregnant, my period hit me like a ton of bricks. Just relax and settle down. 4 pregnancy tests will not lie to you. Be sure to stock up on pads and tampons however, as it will be bloddy week.
