Smart gal! DO not take too many vitamins! You are probably already over exceeding the amount of vitamins your body needs. Gaining energy is a combination of eating right as well as living right! Get this....I have two jobs and go to school....My first job I have to be there at 7 am and the second job I get off around 12 in the morning and school is all in between and online...how do I do it?!
Rather how do I not run out of energy?
Avoid calorie empty foods...such as junk food...it is calorie empty because all it does is make you gain weight those calories and nutrients do nothing for your body and instead focus on calorie dense items with the opposite effect.
However i still overbook my life and thus become fatigued after a long period of time. Im pul, ling back and self evaluating.
Dont over book your life! Learn about your CHAKRA! Do YOGA! And above keep eating right!

Do you drink coffee? Too much of the stuff will actually make you tired. Try a fruit smoothie with a ginseng booster...or better yet, a shot of wheat grass. Yeah, it tastes like lawn, but it will get you up and going REAL quick. If all else fails, try this: fill up a clear glass with pure water and drop a (CLEAN) clear quartz crystal in it...leave it on your windowsill and let the moon charge it overnight. You'd be suprised at the energy it gives you when you drink it in the morning.

It's kinda weird but you will notice if you start to exercise you will have more energy. Even just a good walk once a day. Or a short job. Gets the heart going.

first of all lay off the vitamins. I really dont know some people are just naturally vivacious like myself. But definately vitamins are pointless take the foods that have the vitamins u need instead of taking pills
