Apple doesn't allow iPods to be discounted. The only legal way to find a cheaper than standard priced iPod is to buy a used one. You may find a retailer that will throw in extras, however, they can't compete on price when selling iPods.

no one can sell an ipod that cheap unless its on not on ebay or an authorized reseller store.

no keep away from ebay .Ebay's sellers have been selling a bunch of asian fakes.Beware ebay and ipods don't mix! try apple/mac store

go to the apple website. then view the link to their refurb'd gear. items are covered by apple's warranty. my experience is good.
