Every person and every pregnancy is different. They can tell you what happened to them, but they can not tell you that the same thing will happen to you.
If you want to know if you are pregnant, see a doctor.

Hi there. I find your question a bit confusing. You start out by saying that you are three weeks pregnant and then you ask if it is possible that you are pregnant. Have you had a positive pregnancy test? If not that is the first thing that you should do.
In regard to the symptoms that you describe they could all be symptoms of early pregnancy or they could be PMS. In the early weeks the symptoms are very similar and it is often difficult to tell which is which. A pregnancy test is the only way to know for sure. If you have a doctor see if they will order a blood test for you. They are virtually 100% accurate. If you do an at home test and it is positive then you are definitely pregnant. If the test is negative you may have tested too early and you could still be pregnant, negative tests can be faulty.
Good luck and I hope you get the test results that you want.
Blessings

anything is a possibility but you should know that the symptoms can come as early as 3 weeks. Everyone and every pregnancy is different. but stressing over it will not help at all..that may even be the reason for the headaches and stomach pain. Its best to take an at home test in a couple more weeks or see your OBGYN just to be sure.

Implantation can take place at 6-12 dpo (days past ovulation) and some women claim to feel cramping and other symptoms during that period of time. I think it's completely possible that you may be experiencing very early signs of pregnancy.

I don't get it - you start by saying you are 3 weeks pregnant and finish by asking if you are pregnant?? Wait until the 1st day you have missed your period and pee on a stick.

It could be a number of things.
Your pregnant (test to find out)
Your ovulating (again test to find out)
Your period could be coming
or you could be getting the flu.
