First of all, I hope you're okay, seeing as you're asking this question.

When I am down, I listen to Sarah Mclachlan's "Afterglow," any of the sad songs by Brian Mckinght ("6, 8, 12" is great), and DEFINITELY slow country music- while some country IS lame, artists like Julie Roberts, Carrie Underwood, and Rascal flatts have AMAZING sad songs. Good luck finding the right music!
