They could be people from your past lives, (if you believe in that sort of thing), people that your going to encounter, or just symbolism's of what you want or wish you could be. It really depends upon the information of the dream itself, and then look at the people that your encountering to apply it to all the other information. Dreams are our way of working through situations or issues that we are having at the present. They also are signs of what may come. Write them down in a journal with the date, and keep track of them. Describe the situation, physical features of the people and if you were in it as well. Then what happens, is you'll have a Deja vu moment, and you can look back and see how all this falls right into place.

⥠I used to think the same thing. It is so weird! When I dream at night, sometimes I dream about people I have never met. I don't know why they would be in our dreams maybe we might meet them later on or maybe they are trying to tell or give us something.

Maybe they are actually people we have seen, but just in passing. They aren't familiar to us, but we have seen them before, which is why their faces can be conjured up while dreaming. Have you ever seen someone in your dream that you haven't seen in a long time? I see people I knew in elementary school in my dreams, and it is strange! It is interesting however to see the way your brain makes them into adults, even though you've never seen them as an adult.
Dreams are very fascinating, and I'd love to live in mine...just for a little while!

Here are several options I found on the net:
1. People in dreams are figments of our imagination or aspect of ourselves (sort of like that Herman’s Head tv show)
2. People in dreams are actual real people, and we’re meeting or connected on some other plane - astral, whatever
3. People in dreams are both aspects of ourselves AND real people out in the world somewhere.
Or, and this is where it gets fun:
4. People in real life are also aspects of ourselves, or we’re drawn to them because they match or somehow align with some interior image of ourselves
We could even push this further:
5. Maybe there’s really no such thing as an individual self at all, merely clusters of personality fragments/facets which sort of group or constellate together in a variety of unique patterns which we call “individuals”.
Or we could address the possibilty that:
6. Dreams are more “real” somehow than waking life. We usually think of them as being related to our waking lives, but maybe it’s our waking lives that are basically a slow vibration version of our dream lives - instead of vice versa.

Dreams are like movies, projection. You have daily experiences with lots of faces, features floating in your mind. Sometimes our mind just mixed them up and show them in the dreams. It is coming out from our subconscious mind. However, many times, people you see in the dream could symbolize something, they are not necessarily real people.

I've had that same experience, there's one girl who keeps appearing in my dreams, although I've never seen her before, but she's in my dreams a lot, I even remember what she looks like. It's crazy.

Dreams are no more than just people and things that are related to what may be going on in your life!

You think you could describe the facial features of anyone in your dreams, I can't. It's just bodies, we put in to the story we're telling in our head. Same thing when you read a book really
