At N.A.S.A mission control there is a multi angle telemetry screen of the shuttle/ station?

Does anybody know the name of the software and where it can be downloaded or linked from ?
The one i mean is with the 3 views and the rendered earth map.
Any help would be appreciated on this please.

i would suggest you email NASA with your request ?
i'm sure they can help you in finding the author and give you other clues, since information of this sort can only be provided by NASA internals.
