They want 3 buinesses not kin not former employers, they want exact time and dates for employment! They want you to kiss thier butts mostly! Then the next thing you know some immigrant who would never be able to comply with all this gets to job! Please someone in H/R explain this.

The Application Forms are created by some imaginative people in the Forms Department.
Human Resources people are notorious for not reading them thoroughly, if at all. Human Resources people do not make the hiring decision - they are a bunch of bureaucrats who cater to the Dept. Execs and Dept. Managers who hire people who are not going to be a nuisance.

There is just an unwritten rule that illegal immigrants are not held (or paid) to the same standards as others. I see these applications at my place of business although we do a thorough background check and don't hire illegals. In the column for high school, they usually just write a single word, "Mexico". A US-born high-school dropout doesn't have that luxury. Most illegal applications are not even filled out completely since the ID is fake anyway

human beings forget that except for the immigration problem, the min. salary hasnt been raised in 11 years. Min. salary remains a slave salary. Granting amnesty will basically upload to the 1000's of thousands of voters already having complications making ends meet, plus even more desirable of them will be utilising up welfare, making it not conceivable for the decrease classification to ever get a leg up.
