it means for example ( you say to someone I love you) and the person says dito? that means same to you or right back at you......its just an alternate of saying me too

Assuming that it is not a misprint of "ditto", "dito" means a finger or toe in Italian and "here" in tagalog.

a ditto is like a worksheet (it's copied) in 5th grade, we used to have dittos for homework. they were like worksheets, just a different name
to say ditto is to mean the same thing that was just said. ("i like apples" "ditto")
