Of course, they had no matches or wood. Watching episodes of Survivor, I know how hard it is to make fire with flint and tender, but how do you make fire and what do you burn when you live in the Arctic?

Whale and or seal oil lamps.. Wood if they could find it

Well I know they hunted whale, so i imagine they burnt the oil in it, the blubber, but i don't know how they started it.
