There is a product I saw on TV that's wooden and when you insert this product into a shoe it stretches the shoe so it can fit better. Does anybody know the name and where I can buy this product. I hope you guys understand what I'm talking about because I don't know if I'm explaining it right.

old shoe makers, flea markets, garage & estate sales are the only place I've seen them in the last 30 years

it is called a shoe tree or shoe stretcher. you should be able to buy them anywhere they sell shoes. they also are made of metal.
