well here is how it goes. i just found out i'm pregnant. i was on the shot, and i know he doesn't want any kids. i want to tell him before the holidays, but i just don't know what words to use other than " 'm pregnant"

I took a baby bottle and put the pregnany test stick inside of it. Then I put it on his place setting at the restaruant where his drink would have been. It was a nice surprise! Good luck to ya

you got pregnant on the shot??? i want another baby but i just got off the shot 6 months ago and the last time i was on the shot (long time ago) it took 2 years before i got pregnant with my son. dont tell my boyfriend though, its not like im trying though cause hes not ready anyways so anyhow just tell him even though he doesnt want them he should understand anyway and be supportive if he not then hes not the man to be with theres no other real way of doing it, make him supper do baby back ribs with baby carrots and something else that has the word in it and just come out and tell him if he doesnt get the hint good luck

Tell him you have something serious to talk about. The shot didn't work, you're pregnant. You know how he feels, so maybe he needs to consider a vasectomy. If he really doesn't want kids, he should get fixed. Now is the best time since he can't get you more pregnant than you already are.

If he's mature, he'll understand that no form of birth control is 100% proven to prevent pregnancy (excet abstinence). You may just have to come out and tell him. Let him know before he goes to work that you need to speak with him about something important when he gets home. Let him know it's serious and you need him to be open about it. You didn't do anything to purposely get pregnant; you were on the shot. Get his thoughts on the table too, and try not to get too defensive. Who knows, maybe he'll see it as a sign that he's meant to be a father. Good luck with whatever you choose.

I think you should wait until after the holidays to tell him. First of all you do not know how he is going to react about you being pregnant. Second of all if you tell him and he is angry, you do not want to damper your holiday spirit or upset the little bundle of joy you are carrying. This type of thing is something you don't want to just throw at the man because he may say some things that you may not believe or even expect. Think long and hard about it.

heh honey, thats about the only way to tell him. unless you jjsut hand him the pregnancy test. the longer you wait the worse it will get because youll secod guess yourself over and ver and think of all the bad things that will happen when you tell him. just tell him, get that out of the way and deal with whtever comes next. its not good for that baby. Of course you could do lik some people an \dd wit till the seond trimester hen its less liekly you could lose the baby... but i dont recommend that because youll be keeping a secret and keeping secrets even good ones sometimes isnt the best thing (or easiest) to do. told my boyfriend te same night i found out.

Maybe tell him to sit down, and say "I have a gift for you, which I know you are not ready for, but I would really apreciate it if you would take it" Tell him how much u love him, and then that the depo didn't work as it was supposed to.
Remember, there is a reason why it didn't work. When the baby arrives, he will love it because it is his own. Good Luck and Happy Holidays!!

even with the shot he new that there still was a chance that you could become pregnant, just tell and don't wait he cannot get up set with you because if he really dint wont any kids he would have use a rain coat.

hmmm.. I think it is better to just tell him since you say you know he doesn't want any children - a cutsey way of breaking the news could turn out badly for you and be disappointing. I would broach the subject carefully and gently.

With both my pregnancies I have gone out and bought a cute baby greeting card and wrote "You're Going To Be A Daddy!" inside.
