Your niece has kids = If you are her Aunt, you are her kids Great Aunt. Your niece is a cousin to your children. So HER kids and YOUR kids would be second cousins I think.

My daughter calls my little cousins ( my auntie's kids ) cousins ... I would say there like 2nd cousins or great cousins I guess ... or that whole once removed crap if you want to get all technical ... lol ... !
