character templates?

my third grade teacher had a great collection of these drawings to use. all on paper. sets of ears, sets of eyes, sets of mouths, accessories, hair, etc. so that you can trace them and create a person. does anybody know where online i could find something similar to print off free.

This is way beyond 3rd grade, but look at the first site below, there are reference documents at the end, which may also lead you to what you are looking for. The last site is complicated, but you can take some simple ideas out of it.
