Garth was played by comedian Dana Carvey. So definetely not the same person. LOL She does kinda look like him in that pic though huh? LOL

J.K. Rowling IS in fact Garth from Saturday Night Live's "Wayne's World". As it turns out, the actor who plays Garth, Dana Carvey, is actually the famed creator of the "Harry Potter" series, ABC News reported Sunday. "It is quite baffling how J.K. Rowling pretended to be a man who pretended to be a woman in many TV roles" a New York police lieutenant said when asked about the incident. It is still unknown if any charges will be placed on Rowling at this time. "You think you know someone," says Rowling's husband, 45, "it makes you wonder what other roles she has been playing." We took an on-line poll early this week to conclude the following: 32% of people suspect Rowling to also be Peter Griffin from FOX's "Family Guy" and an amazing 87% suspect that she is also Ex-Secretary of State, Donald Rumsfeld.
