When a man finds a woman that he loves.. she has the ability to show him new things, and help him to see different perspectives about things...
So he may look better, act better.. appear better because she believed in him to be better...

number 1 is homeboy bugging? Beyonce? Her voice is better than the majority of the r&b game!! She's up there with the oldies singers so whoa!!!!! But Upgrade u basically means to introduce you to better than you already know.

It means that she is upgrading her man's lifestyle. Like being with her is so awesome, your lot in life is being upgraded. She talks about upgrading him by helping him get more funds in his bank account, etc... she's pretty and stylish and will take him from his regular clothers to the high profile end of fashion.
Basically, if you married a rich man, he would upgrade your current "status" by buying you cars, houses, jewelry....ultimately enhancing your lifestyle for the better.

It means you think your guy is fly enough already, but you want an upgrade, make him better. Whether, a personality adjustment or getting him some cool, designer clothes, or something like that.
