Actually, Atlanta sucks at Philly Cheesesteaks. The best place to get them would probably be Philadelphia.

Make it yourself, because Atlanta has terrible regional American food. If you must eat out, The Mad Italian on Savoy Drive is as good as any and is probably the cheapest
