Its absolutely your sinuses. Have you looked in to a "sinus rinse"? If you haven't heard of them they are available in any drug store. Its a saline solution that you squeeze in to each nostril that will "dissolve" the blockage causing you the headaches.
And I know those headaches hurt very much. Just went through the same thing and the saline help alot.
Good luck to you and Baby!!!!

Go to the doctor, he can give you something that is a little stronger to help out with that. Also, I get headaches all the time, whether I am pregnant or not. I started going and getting a massage and it helps wonders. I think most of mine are from tension in my back. Ask your doctor about that too. It'll be something relaxing and will probably help with the headaches. Good luck.

Don't be dumb. Have you ever heard of any person's head exploding? Take a well antihistamine so your sinuses would possibly not be plugged, and that are meant to support alleviate one of the vital stress you would get for your ears.

There is a product called "Tiger Balm". You can find it in most any asian grocery store or sometimes even in drug stores. It comes in a tiny glass container. It smells strongly of eucalyptus...put some on your sinus zones on your forehead and whew.....I swear by it. It helped during my whole pregnancy and I took absolutely no Tylenol or Advil.
Good luck!

Go have your blood pressure checked, when I was pregnant I started getting severe headaches and it was caused from my blood pressure, it was too high. If its not that, you need to make sure you are getting plenty of rest and don't push yourself to do things if you are too tired. Good luck, hope you start feeling better! Oh and be sure you are drinking plenty of water!!! That can cause your headaches too, because your body is making sure the baby has plenty of fluid around it so you got to drink more for yourself. hope this helps.

Steam in the shower. A good saline nasal spray!

Stress can aso add to it. Relax, get some rest! :)

Good luck

It's normal to get them. You should be careful of what you take.
Don't think its something, you should know, by making a doctors appointement.
