I hear they start you off at 9.50 an hour, plus they pay benefits. Any comments?

Yeah i have a friend that works there. they get the holidays off and that is a way better pay..You would have to go to the in in out college to learn about what they do, how they cook their burgers, ect. But that is a great starting pay for not alot of college and schooling involved.

Absolutely! Have you ever paid attention to the crew at an In-N-Out? They're always happy, they truly work as a team, they know what customer service is, they pay attention to detail and they take pride in their work. Not to mention, being paid a whole lot more than any other fast food job would be a perk also.
Watch them operate the next time you go for a Double Double with Onions and you'll see what I'm talking about.

In n out is a christian family based company. Yes they are a good food place to work for. Yes they are picky in who they hire. But not everyone can pull off the happiness and great customer service they require! And yes they take care of their employees, and pay them well!!!

I happen to think In N Out is a great place, but I have no idea why Anna M thought she had to throw in the fact that they're a Christian company.
How ignorant of her! Like that makes them a better company than if the owners were of another religious persuasion.
This kind of stupid comment is what spurs on ill feelings.
She just showed what a prejudiced fool she is.

yes, i heard they are by far the best fast food to work at. i heard they are very picky with who they hire. mainly white people, or people that arent foreign which is why they always have great quick service. and they have great benefits.
