Be there to listen.Be very patient with her.Divorce is real hard when it comes to children. The more understanding and laid back you are the better. She has alot of healing to do.She will find love once she has gone through the process.Time heals all wounds.Keep the faith that is the one thing that cannot hurt any of us.Jesus heals all rely on him he will be there for you when all else fails.

Divorce is very trying for all involved in it. You can help your girl friend by encouraging her to get out and not become a hermit; that would be easily done with 4 kids. The quicker that she picks herself up and begins her life again, the better she will feel. I would not suggest a "rebound" relationship with anyone - she must find herself and hopefully become independant of any previous connections with her ex. Hopefully, she will be ok financially - many times a divorce will drain the finances of both parties, but she should have come clear with child support. I would suggest that she have the child support checks delivered to her by mail in lieu of the ex coming over to bring the check or her going to get it (that way, the connection is dampened). If the guy doesn't deliver on it, get the law after him. She needs employment if she is to survive and reclaim her life. While this may be difficult, it is something that will help keep her mind off the situation, and it just might provide exposure eventually to meeting someone who might take an interest. Good luck. It sounds like your girl friend really needs a friend like you right now. I know that there is someone out there who would love her for who she is even with 4 kids. Before I got married, I dated a girl with 2 kids (that didn't matter at the time). Although she and I did not have enough common interests, I found that she was much more mature than a single girl - so your girl friend has that as an edge over her competition.

Ism. It depends if yourt girlfriend is looking for love. Having children should not stop some one finding love. I belive every one can be loved. Take her out dont even go looking for love it will find her. Just be there for your girl friend. Make sure she is open to some one new. Most of all as hard as it may seem remove any list of wants from your mind. Each person is different. I used to like only full figered tall women, but now I only fancy small women but all are wonderfull in there own uniqiue way.Make sure your g.friend checks out the mind of any one new. After all its whats in the mind that will lead to whats in the heart. Good luck, And have faith.

I feel that she can. It'll take a special man to raise someone else's children, and they have plenty out there. It'll be an instant family, just add love. Tell her don't be depressed, just be herself, and we all wish her the best of luck.

Of coarse you can. There are some really good men out there who will step in and take care of you and your men if they truely and deeply love you. Have you ever seen that movie "Claudine" you should rent it so you can see there are good men who will love you and all your children.

Sure why not? If she finds someone she really loves who she thinks she'd like to spend the rest of her life with then why not?
( The kids have to like him too)

Help her with errands and chores.
It's not impossible to find love again, but it is difficult.
