what are peoples obsession with looking good...what does it matter what the fashion trends are...cant people just be comfortable in hoodies and pyjama pants..for work purposes i can cee that..depending on where you work...but what is the point...nobody seems comfortable with themselves unless people think they look good...seriously in 100 years for us whats it gonna matter..

I understand how you feel, however, if people want to look good let them. Nothing wrong with wanting to look good no matter what. Looking good does not mean being uncomfortable.

Everybody needs a little glam once in a while.

like you said.. it depends on the situation.. and age. When I was 16, I had no problem going to the store in pajama pants and a hoodie.. or school for that matter. Now, I dont think its that hard to pull on some jeans, and a nice top. I personally cant understand why people can go out in dirty ripped sweatpants, a mickey mouse tshirt, and ratty hair.. and not be emberessed. I feel ready for my day when I take the time on myself. All it takes is brushing my hair and putting on some decent clothes... and people around me notice. I also have always worked in professional enviroments where I needed to be wearing business attire.. which is not a big deal to me.. so that might have had influence on me.
