On the Packard Bell site have you tried clicking on the "LEGACY" items after trying to navigate your way to a result, my Imedia is only 18 months old and I have to do this every so often. I assume Legacy means out of production. Also after boot up whilst in the welcome screen you can right click on an unused bit of screen, select Nvidia and it should give you the option to upgrade some things such as graphics adapter software. I don`t know whether it would be any use to go to the device manager via control panel and check there what you have got or are missing, select what you are interested in then click on drivers to find a new one or roll back, if one exists. All I could think of, sorry! Best of luck, Bob.

Go to the Packard Bell website, find support then look for the section where you can enter the PC serial number. It will then list what your PC is made up from and list updates, drivers etc.
