A leader is someone that posses
a) Great knowledge and master in his field
b) Business savvy
c) Able to make justification and decisions during crisis period
d) The lead by example and not just provide instructions
e) They teach and listen
f) Excellent ppl skills
eventually you will notice ppl that is lead by a "LEADER" is always motivated, self starter and will work for their leader without having to ask them to.

It is the of section decreasingly narrow diameter monofilament between the fly line and tippet. usually betweet 7.5 and 9.5 feet long. The leader will often have an 18" butt section of stiff monofilament that attaches to the fly line via a nail knot on one end and to the main leader via a loop to loop connection. I use a perfection loop but a non-slip loop works fairly well too. I always attach the leader to the tippet via a blood knot. Some people use a surgeons loop but I find it does not turn over well.

A "Leader" is someone who is confident in himself/herself and believes and trusts in his team(or followers or whatever). Someone who puts others before himself. He/She has to be able to stand up.. speak up!
