After calling your doctor -- possibly simethicone. Sold under names like 'Gas-X.'

"Pregnancy—Simethicone is not absorbed into the body and is not likely to cause problems."

Tums, tums, and more tums. I ate them through my whole pregnancy. Plus they are a good source of vitamins. If that doesn't work you could always try Mylacon for infants. I don't think that would hurt the baby b/c it is what they give them for gas.

a good back rub or some tums. or rolaids..

do you mean like heartburn?? take tums they work pretty well.
(sorry wasnt sure if that is what you meant)
