I felt my baby flutter around 4 months but you cant actually feel it kick until 5 or 6 months. stonger kicks later on. so you will feel your baby move but your hubby not til later.

My wife is 17 weeks pregnant and already I'm starting to feel slight movement. She has to be lying on her back completely still for a few minutes and if I press on her right side I can feel some movement. She has been feeling the baby move for a few weeks now. I've been told that pregnancies vary though, especially from one child to the next and this is our 2nd child. I can't say that it was this easy the first time around.

Around 22-27 weeks is the norm. With our first my husband couldnt feel him till I was 25 weeks, with our 2nd he felt her at 22 weeks.
