If you are in actual love with her forget the look and age. Put your full efforts and brain in developing your future carrier rather than stupidity. The day you achive some thing in your life, you will find that lots of doubts of your young age hadl vanished.

I'm not sure of what the laws are in Cali, but here in TX under 17=statutory rape so use caution and make sure you think about the consequences of your decision, good or bad

Wait till she grows same of your age. You will never need to do any thing there after. If she likes you, you can also make her feel that you like her. Period do not indulge in love till she says "I love you" you will be happier kid.
