Hermione didn't face a bogart in the DADA class but after her exam at the end of the book she came running over to Harry yelling that about the bogart she had to face, she told him that it was Professor McGonogall telling her that she had failed all of her exams.

GryffGrad is correct... is in the book- wasn't in the movie (shame the movies are so stripped down of the good stuff, esp. from HP 3 onward).
