I believe it should be taxed.
As long as there were certain restrictions (i.e. airline pilots can't use) towards the leinency of the law, it may provide a great source of income for the government. I'd rather decriminalize it completly and have a $500 fine for anyone caught with it as well as a PERMENANT 1% garnishing of their wages.
All money goes straight towards public schooling....and we'd be making money for the youth of society as opposed to paying for someone to be in jail for 5+ years.

No, it's a drug that leads to more harmful drugs and should not be legalized.
Taxed?? What for?? To give the government ever more money to spend. Everyone thinks things should be taxed and that makes it okay. But why do these people think the government does a good job spending the taxes??

It should be decriminalized. By taxed do you mean the existing sales tax or do you mean a special marijuana tax? If the latter, why? Do you think we are undertaxed? Is there such a thing?
