Go to a salon and get them waxed and shaped. you could do it at home, but I have found they dont look at good. You are also taking a risk of taking too much off if you do it yourself and it only costs about $8-10 to get them done like once every 3 weeks. Worth every penny!

First, go to a professional. Make sure they know what they are doing though, and don't just start plucking or waxing away at your eyebrows. They should be able to get a shape that's right for your face. Then, you can just follow their outline, and pluck any strays that grow in, or continue going to the pros. I think it's just easier to let them do it. I can never get mine to look right if I do them myself, but here's the general outline of what they are supposed to be:

Take a pencil, and look in the mirror. Line the pencil up with the outside of your nostril, pointing straight up, on the inside of your eye; this is where the inside of your eyebrow is supposed to be. Then, looking straight ahead, line the pencil up with your pupil, keeping the end on your nostril. Where the pencil hits your brow is where the highest part of the arch will be. Then, keep the pencil on the outside of your nostril, and rotate the pencil around until it hits the outside of your eye. This is where your brow should end. You can use an eyebrow pencil to make little marks along that general pattern.
Then you really just want to clean up your brows, get rid of the bushiness, but DO NOT over pluck. Nothing looks worse than a skinny overplucked eyebrow. Hope you can make sense of that and that it helped a bit.

If you want to do it yourself you must first go to a hair salon and have them do it. Once they are in a good shape, all you have to do is up-keep. It only costs like $10 to get them done at a salon. Let them grow out a little before going. Good luck!

do not over pluck because that is the worst it is pretty hard sometimes to get the right shape but just go to a salon or spa that does eyebrows.

I started getting my eyebrows threaded, it provides a natural look and they're shaped just right.

the best thing I ever did was to have a professional do them at a spa/waxing place. no fuss, no muss and perfect arches.
