accidental erased web folder?

In my favorite center I accidentally erased a folder containing different links, where can I find and restore those deleted links and foder?

Go to recycle bin, see if files are in there. If they are, highlight files, right-click and restore files. If not, can use system restore to revert back to point in drive before they were deleted. If you deleted them from Recycle Bin already, then will need software to bring them back. Something like Undelete or Recover My Files will probably work.
