You can make it drip onto the plant, and nothing...Is there a special order, or number of drops to make something happen?

I had key issues when entering the site under "Enter Accessibility Enabled". I exited all the way out and re-entered the site under the "Enter Site" button with a flag, I happened to notice that the room appeared different (The first time there was a vase with yellow flowers on the table under the window, and the second time there was a plant with a red and green bottle on the table...)

Listen to the radio, a program will come on talking about caring for plants. The announcer will advise you to put in 6 red drops and 3 green drops to perk up your plant.
