Dir En Grey...Hands down! They are THE hardest band to understand...seing as I am pretty sure that they don't even sing in English...but if you are talking about someone who uses English...anything rap...I can not understand ANY of that(as I like to call it) trash...sorry id that offends anyone...but it's the truth...

whoever said Ozzy is hard to understand has never heard any Black Sabbath albums (his early work). The hardest singer to understand is whatever band sings the theme song to the show "Full House"!!!!!!
