Here is something real........Myspace is only a danger if you put your life on it....nuff said the more info you put on it the more dangerous it becomes.....everyone has a myspace page now so if you put yourself on there like that the world will be looking at you try telling your friends to put less pictures up or less info on there

"Myspace" by itself is NOT dangerous, but the creeps who stalk young boys and girls on there ARE dangerous. It is fine to have your own spot on there, but NEVER reveal personal information to a stranger, like your phone number, your address, the names and addresses and phone numbers of your friends, etc. As long as you use some sense, it should be OK - just don't be stupid about who you give out the information to. For all you know somebody that is claiming to be 15 is 51.

Myspace can be safe I'm not saying that it isn't but it doesn't have to be totally bad as long as you know what you are doing. If you or your friend is looking for trouble or getting too into situtions that can cause trouble it most likely will lead to trouble. If they don't want to listen that's on them. Because you tried to warn them.

I think that ur right myspace is not safe but if they dont want to listen to u . u should let them be on but tell them to dont tell people all about them. when they are online they should lei about their self . tell them never tell people where u live or any thing like that for they can be safe.

If they want to be on it, you can't stop them - just help them realize how to do it safely. Don't put up too much personal information. The Internet is not completely un-safe if you conduct yourself responsibly and are aware of its dangers.

Just make sure they understand and help them be safe on it instead of trying to make them "stop", which will never work.

Any online communication can be dangerous if you are giving away personal information. Any online communication can be safe if you are using it correctly.

Myspace IS dangerous. If you really want to use it, be OOOO so careful what information you post there. Remember MILLIONS of people can read it.... makes me shudder.

it's not dangerous as long as you're careful not to give out too much info on your site, and aren't trying to meet NEW (and therefore questionable) people through it

and perfectionist is right, set your account to private so you get to pick who can view it
