2 employees at work are arguing over if the rock does the peoples elbow first to set up the rock bottom or rock bottom to set up the peoples elbow? I told them I would get vthe answer so they shut up about it

Usually, the Rock Bottom has been used to set up the People's Elbow.

However, the People's Elbow has been set up with the spinebuster and the Rock Bottom has been used as a solo-finisher for Mr. Johnson.
