despise sports in general. football is the worst then basketball rates second. stupid passtime. but on top of that its the huge enomic waste that is all tangled up in these pointless circusses. show business, maybe. sports are not what all this bs is about. its the bigger flashier version of what the harlem globetrotters did many years ago. they still do but hardly heard of anymore. the nearest this can be compared with was the wandering circuses that were a big deal several decades ago. people seem to demand entertainment of one kind or another. i just hate the waste for such a meek little reward for a few wanna be jocks who fill up stadiums and coaches from coast to coast on weekends. i once was that way. then it hit me like a thunderbolt that "this is real stupid." and then i got so i no longer care which team wins. i think it makes pretty colors on the new tv screens. there must be a better way? now there is a real question. what could we do to replace the corrupt, drug saturated, ripoff vapid activity they call sports? hitting and smashing seems to be a major part of the allure for this small group of men dedicated to supporting this bs. are our tax dollars being used in the educational system to build and support this evil empire. can you see that? or are you blind? my favorite sports team is the chicago black sox. they exemplify what sports is all about.
