well, drink about 50-60 oz of water a day. make sure to drink a lot of it! i do this and it helps a ton.
if you want a good way to hydrate your skin and clean out your pores, boil a pot of water and hold your face over it for about 15 minutes while it is steaming.
eat healthy for the next few days. don't eat ANY junk food at all. eat only healthy foods. for breakfast, have some fruit, for lunch, have a salad, and for dinner, have a healthy meal like fish, salad, or pasta w/out sauce. if you eat healthy, your skin will clear up.
because your face is dry, try only washing it one time a day to keep it clean but to also restore it's natural oils.
for a good facial to prevent acne, whip up an egg WHITE (NOT an egg YOLK. an egg yolk can cause salomanella) and apply the egg white to your face using a cotton ball or napkin. let it dry for about 15 minutes and then wash it off with warm water and soap. only do this facial once a week or your skin will get more acne.
use a normal bar of soap when washing your face. don't use anything that is scented.
if you have a certain zit that you want to get rid of, put lemon juice on it.
don't touch your face at all with your fingers! friction and oils from your fingers and hands will cause more ance and pimples.
don't use a moisturizer that will harm your skin. make sure it is nonscented and will not dry your skin out. if it helps, don't use a moisturizer at all (that's what i do and my skin is fine).
that's pretty much all i can think of! good luck!

I have adult acne and it's not "moderate" and I'm almost shocked by how well the Republic of Tea brand's "Get Gorgeous" tea can deflate your zits in one to three days. Be sure to drink more water than usual, too. I just have one tea bag a day, M-F and it really helps.
Also, a super-quick (temporary) beauty booster is the vitamin C serums. Body Shoppe and Avalon Organics are brands I've used and recommend. They seem to work on everyone pretty well. It just seems to even out the colouring on your skin and smooth the skin, too.

Most of that is genetic for then you. The simplest factor that works is whatever you'll get low cost from a health care provider for like 10 greenbacks that lasts round a 12 months and a part. This is like retinae or nevertheless it is spelled and demands for use in severe moderation. You know the way? You'll ought to dab a LITTLE instantaneous, no recent dermis or rubbing it or it will take your dermis off when you consider that its a harsh dermatologist prescribed factor. I have it and I've on no account been happier with my dermis, in a million-three days its long past relying at the distinctive factor.

There's this mask I use called Queen Helene that's sold it Walgreens. It comes in regular or sensitive skin, I think. Anyway, it doesn't have Ben Zoyl Peroxide or Sal Lylic Acid (lol) in it, so all it does it purge your pores. I remember once I had a pimple that was going to take over the world and I slapped some of that on it && it was gone.

tea tree oil. It is a bit drying, but not to the point that you will flake. It is a natural antiseptic, and it will help. apply a dot of it, full strength or diluted in a little witch hazel, directly to the pimples. Witch hazel will help with redness, as well. Just use a cotton ball and swipe it on, all over your face, like a toner.

You could try vinigar. It will kill the bacteria in your pores. You could also try egg whites beaten to stiff peaks. It tightens the pores so less dirt gets in and it also moisturizes the skin for those flakey places. When you wash your face make sure you wash in warm water and then rinse in cool water to close the pores back up so less dirt will get into them.

If you really want to get rid of it for good, you have got to read this book. http://bambiberg.solution72.hop.clickbank.net/ However, if you won't actually follow through with what they advise, then don't bother wasting your time or money. However, if you are ready to make the changes the suggest, and they arent even that hard, then it will clear you up pretty quickly, and you won't have to waste any more money on creams and microderms...
