It depends on what she likes.

My mother collects Angel figurines, so I'd get her a bunch of those.

Those massage-chair things make great gifts, and as far as I know they're about $100 at Wal-Mart. I wish I could afford one for my mum, she's always having back problems

If all else fails, just offer to take her for a shopping trip and buy her some stuff that she picks out. I think a lot of mothers treasure time spent with their children more than anything, so that would probably mean a lot.

It depends on what kind of mother you have.

If you have a partying kind of mom, you could get her some Jack Daniels, a carton of smokes, and a gift certificate to Frederick's of Hollywood.

If you have an old-fashioned mom, you could get her a nice set of pajamas, and some fuzzy slippers, or maybe some DVD's that she would enjoy.

Jewelry is always good, earrings are nice, or you could buy her a nice watch.

Merry Christmas!
